Shapeshifting

I met a shapeshifter. She flows with the universe shifting from form to form as required. Ok it’s not literal but it was interesting to watch. Sometimes she’s a bird, sometimes she is a panther.. she transforms as needed to allow for inner calm. It’s great.

I realise that if your nervous system is regulated and free from imagined fears, you can flow with the universe. You are free. Truly free.

In the last six months, I’ve met people who can’t move out of their bases or they will freak out. I met people who has to retreat fast for security. I met people who use other people to regulate themselves. Temporarily. I have met all sorts but it was the first time I met a calm regulated nervous system that can flow.

There is no big mystery. If a person is calm and stable, it does not matter where they go or who they are with… they will bring the calm with them. And that is surely a better solution than India ashrams or … fixed hideouts or routines just to feel alright.

But what if you shapeshift so much that you lose your identity at the end? Ah… the ego is just a made up identity. You can be whoever you want to be at every moment. You’re not fixed. You’re vibration and movement minus resistance.

Of course the environment helps. A combination is perhaps the answer but I suspect the beautiful shapeshifter will adapt well wherever she goes.

It was great hanging with a regulated shapeshifter. Be a shapeshifter that’s stable. It’s rarer than it should be in this world.

Namaste!
