Birth of humanity

We have been witnessing the health and wellness, medical and spiritual communities stepping up to support humanity during this crisis. The flowering of a new world community of caring for each other is blossoming. Ironically, the virus pandemic has brought narcissism to its knees to enforce more humility and love for others.

I’ve been touched by Sadhguru’s online appeal to be the best person you can be during this crisis. I’ve been awed by yoga and meditation teachers offering free online zoom classes... although in isolation, I am not alone. You are not alone. We are not alone. 

This restoration of faith in humanity itself is a spiritual awakening of our species. If we care and love each other as we do ourselves... if we switch from self centred fears to a recognition that we are all connected in union, we expand into a vast world of connectedness and love. 

As Sadhguru said, let’s step up, clear away ego driven fears and desires, and be in the union of humanity. Let’s end the illusion of separateness and differences between us all.  We are on the same boat seeking the same things all along.
